Quick add adds the wrong variant

Direct add is enabled for a product that needs customers to choose size, color, selling plan, or another option.

Check in Shopify

Open the product and confirm how many options and selling plans it has.

Check in SAISON

Use Quick Add modal for variant-heavy products. Use Direct add only for products that can be safely added without choices.

Send the product handle and the quick add mode used on the product card.

What you see

Quick add button does not appear on product cards

Likely cause

Quick add is disabled globally, disabled in the section, or the product cannot be purchased.

Check in Shopify

Confirm the product is active, available on Online Store, in stock or allowed to sell, and has a price.

Check in SAISON

Check Theme settings > Product selling and the product grid or featured collection section card settings.

When to contact support

Send the collection URL, product handle, and product card settings.

What you see

Cart drawer does not open after adding a product

Likely cause

Cart drawer is disabled, the section uses a full cart redirect, or an app/custom script is interfering.

Check in Shopify

Test a normal product with no variants and no selling plan first.

Check in SAISON

Enable cart drawer in Theme settings, then test add, remove, quantity update, and checkout in the drawer.

Send a screen recording and list any cart, subscription, bundle, or upsell apps installed.

What you see

Checkout or accelerated payment buttons are missing

What you see

Free shipping message or cart total looks wrong

Likely cause

The drawer threshold copy does not match Shopify shipping rates, or discounts/taxes change totals later in checkout.

Review shipping rates, discounts, taxes, and markets for the customer's region.

Check in SAISON

Set the cart drawer free shipping threshold to the real Shopify threshold and clarify any taxes-included messaging.
