What you see

Logo looks too small, blurry, cramped, or wrong on mobile

Likely cause

The uploaded logo dimensions, transparent padding, or separate mobile logo setting do not match the header layout.

Check in Shopify

Confirm the logo file is clean, high resolution, and has sensible transparent padding.

Check in SAISON

Open Header > Logo. Set desktop width, mobile logo, text logo fallback, and light logo only after the main logo is correct.

What you see

Transparent header is hard to read over the hero

Likely cause

Overlay mode is being used over media that does not provide enough contrast for logo, menu, or icons.

Check in Shopify

Confirm the homepage first section uses final media and mobile crop.

Check in SAISON

Upload light/dark logo variants, adjust overlay/header color settings, or disable transparent overlay for pages where the hero cannot support it.

What you see

Menu items or dropdown links are missing

Likely cause

The wrong menu is selected, links are not nested as expected, or desktop and mobile menus are different.

Open Content > Menus and confirm the main menu, nested links, and mobile menu if used.

Check in SAISON

Open the Header section and confirm the selected menu, fallback menu, simple link blocks, and mega menu blocks.

What you see

Mega menu does not open or does not show expected columns

Likely cause

The mega menu trigger title or selected link lists do not match the store's menu structure.

Confirm each column menu exists and contains live links.

Check the Megamenu block title, column menu selections, promo image, and dropdown behavior settings.

Send the top-level menu label that should open the mega menu and screenshots of the Megamenu block.

What you see

Sticky header feels jumpy or takes too much space

Likely cause

Sticky mode, padding reduction, solid background, or shadow settings do not fit the page rhythm.

Check in Shopify

Preview a long page on desktop and mobile so the scroll behavior is visible.

Check in SAISON

Choose None, Always sticky, or On scroll up. Adjust padding reduction and solid background after choosing the mode.

What you see

Country, region, or language selector does not appear

Likely cause

Shopify Markets or languages are not configured, or the header selector is disabled.

Check in Shopify

Confirm Markets and languages are configured in Shopify admin.

Check in SAISON

Enable the country/region selector or language selector in the Header section and check footer selectors if used.

Send the Markets/languages setup and the selector settings.

Common mistakes

  • Editing the logo image file when the header width setting is the real issue.
  • Using transparent overlay on a light hero without a light/dark logo pair.
